The number of active cases of corona in Ahmedabad TT state has crossed 6 thousand and 1,565 cases have been reported in the state yesterday. Earlier on November 29, 1,564 cases were reported. While 969 patients have recovered and returned home. 

The death toll in Ahmedabad and Surat Corporation area was 2-2 and in Vadodara and Rajkot Corporation area was 1-1 with a total death toll of 4,443. For the first time since December 28, six patients have died in the state. With this, the recovery rate of the state has gone up to 96.08 per cent. 

The number of new patients and the number of discharged patients have been increasing in the state for the last 28 days. Earlier on February 20, the number of recoveries was higher than the number of new patients. The number of active cases of corona in the state has crossed 6 thousand and at present there are 6737 active cases.

The state government has decided to implement night curfew in four metros - Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot from 10 pm to 6 am from March 17, 2021 in view of the increasing number of corona transitions in the state. This arrangement of night curfew will be in force till March 31, 2021.
