The biggest single investment most people make in their lifetime is buying a home, condominium or townhouse. What you want to do is protect your home, personal property and any type of liability with a homeowner's insurance policy.
Homeowner's insurance just does not cover homes, but it will cover those who rent homes, apartments, condos, and townhouses. These homeowner's policy are referred to at renter's homeowner policies. Condominium or townhouse owners may buy homeowner's policies that may also include any additions or alterations not insured by the Condominium Association.
It is very important to check with your Condominium or Townhouse Association what is exactly covered by the Condominium Association and exactly what is not covered regarding the whole structure of your condominium.
Then sit down with your insurance agent before buying a policy to make sure you are adequately covered if there is fire damage within your home, water damage, roof damage or any type damage that you may not be sure is covered by the Condominium Association.

Following the success of launching this digital service bridge in October 2020 with 22 government services in 2,000 villages, the Chief Minister has set a target of installing these services in 8000 more villages by December 2020 and covering more government services from 22 to 45 services
The Science and Technology Department of the State Government has successfully surpassed this target of the Chief Minister and has expanded the reach of Digital Service Bridge in 8000 Gram Panchayats of the State.
Accordingly, by December 2020, 28 lakh applications have been received for various benefits of digital service bridge and millions of rural citizens have easily and quickly availed the services of various government departments from their own villages
The Chief Minister has inspired the department for this in the year 2021 with the commitment for digital service bridge in all 14 thousand gram panchayats of the state through Bharat Net Internet
