ખેડૂતહિતકારી નિર્ણય : ગુજરાત સરકારે જમીનોના કબજાહક્ક નિયમબદ્ધ કરવા અંગે એક મહત્ત્વપૂર્ણ નિર્ણય
ખેડૂતહિતકારી નિર્ણય : મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલે રાજ્યમાં ઇનામ નાબૂદી કાયદાઓ હેઠળની જમીનોના કબજાહક્ક નિયમબદ્ધ કરવા અંગે એક મહત્ત્વપૂર્ણ ખેડૂતહિતકારી નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.
આ નિર્ણય અનુસાર રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા આવા જમીનધારકોના કબજાહક્ક પ્રવર્તમાન જંત્રીના 20% વસૂલીને નિયમબદ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે.
મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલ સમક્ષ આ સંદર્ભમાં મળેલી રજૂઆતોમાં જણાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું કે, આઝાદી બાદ ભૂમિ સુધારણા કાર્યક્રમના ભાગ રૂપે જમીનોના ખેડનારને તેના હક્કો મળી રહે અને મધ્યસ્થીઓ નાબૂદ થાય તે હેતુથી વિવિધ ઇનામ નાબૂદી કાયદાઓથી ચાકરી, નોકરી, સલામી ભરવા જેવા વિવિધ ઇનામો નાબૂદ કરવામાં આવ્યા અને આવી જમીનોના ખેડનારને તેમની જમીનો પરત્વેના સ્વતંત્ર માલિકીહકકો આપવામાં આવ્યા છે.

મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલ સમક્ષ થયેલી રજૂઆતોના આધારે એવું પણ ધ્યાનમાં આવ્યું હતું કે હાલના જમીનધારકોને આવી જમીનોના વિકાસ કાર્યો કરવામાં અવરોધ ઉપસ્થિત થઇ રહ્યો હતો. તેથી તેઓએ રાજ્યમાં સુશાસનને વધુ વેગ આપવા માટે પારદર્શી અને સરળ વહીવટી પ્રક્રિયાઓ સાથે ઇઝ ઓફ ડુઈંગ બિઝનેસ અન્વયે આવા જમીનધારકોના કબજાઓ નિયમબદ્ધ કરી આપવાના જે દિશા નિર્દેશો આપેલા હતા તેને પગલે હવે આવા કબજાઓ નિયમબદ્ધ થઈ શકશે.
મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ આ ઉપરાંત, જિલ્લા કલેકટર કક્ષાએ આવા કબજાઓને નિયમબદ્ધ કરવાની સત્તા અઢી એકરની જ હતી તે હવે દૂર કરીને સંપૂર્ણ સત્તા જિલ્લા કલેક્ટરને સોંપવાનો પણ નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.

શું ₹500 ની સ્ટાર નિશાની વાળી નોટ નકલી છે? : રિઝર્વે બેંક ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા ( RBI ) દ્વારા સ્ટાર નિશાની વાળી ₹500 ની નોટને લઈને એક ને નોટિફિકેશનમાં મોટી અપડેટ જાહેર કરવામાં આવી છે. જાણો કેમ ખાસ ચર્ચામાં છે આ ₹500ની નોટ સ્ટાર નિશાની વાળી.
પરંતુ RBI એ હવે આ સ્ટાર માર્કવાળી 500 રૂપિયાની નોટ અંગે સ્પષ્ટતા આપી છે. ભારતીય રિઝર્વ બેંકે કહ્યું છે કે આ નોટ પણ અસલી છે અને વાયરલ પોસ્ટમાં જે દાવા કરવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે તે બિલકુલ ખોટા છે. તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે, જ્યારથી સરકારે 2000 રૂપિયાની નોટનું ચલણ બંધ કર્યું છે, ત્યારથી 500 રૂપિયાની નોટને લઈને લોકોની ચિંતા પણ વધી ગઈ છે.
500 ની નોટ
ભારતીય રિઝર્વ બેંકે એક પ્રેસ રિલિઝમાં કહ્યુ કે, સ્ટાર ” એક ઓળખની નિશાની છે, તે એક બદલાયેલી કે રિપ્રિન્ટ એટલે ફરીથી પ્રિન્ટ થયેલી ચલણી નોટ છે. મધ્યસ્થ બેંક તરફથી આ સ્પષ્ટતા એવા સમયે આવી છે જ્યારે સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં સ્ટાર નિશાનવાળી ચલણી નોટ અંગે ઘણી અફવાઓ ફેલાઇ રહી છે.
આ સિવાય PBI ફેક્ટ ચેકે પણ સાચી માહિતી આપતા ટ્વીટ કર્યું છે કે તમારી પાસે સ્ટાર () વાળી નોટ છે? શું આ નકલી છે? ગભરાશો નહીં: આવી નોટો નકલી હોવાનો દાવો કરતા સંદેશાઓ ( મેસેજ ) નકલી છે. ડિસેમ્બર 2016 થી RBI દ્વારા ₹500ની નવી બેંક નોટોમાં સ્ટાર સિમ્બોલ () દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

બેંક ને 14 દિવસની રજા
આવતા મહિને ઘણા તહેવારો આવી રહ્યા છે, આ કારણે આવતા મહિને 14 દિવસ બેંકો બંધ રહેશે. તમારે બેંકમાં જતા પહેલા એક વખત બેંકની રજાઓની યાદી તપાસવી જોઈએ. રક્ષાબંધન, સ્વતંત્રતા દિવસ અને અન્ય ઘણા તહેવારો જેવા બેંક તહેવારોને કારણે દેશભરની બેંકો બંધ રહેશે. આ સિવાય રવિવાર, બીજા-ચોથા શનિવારે પણ બેંકો બંધ રહેશે. ભારતીય રિઝર્વ બેંક (RBI) દર વર્ષે બેંક હોલીડે કેલેન્ડર બહાર પાડે છે. તમે આરબીઆઈની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઈટ પર જઈને બેંકની રજાઓની યાદી જોઈ શકો છો.

જો તમારે પણ ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં બેંક ને લાગતું અથવા સંબંધિત કોઈ મહત્વપૂર્ણ કામ કરવું હોય તો આ મહિનાની બેંકની રજાઓની યાદી નક્કી તપાસો. રિઝર્વ બેંક ઓફ ઈન્ડિયાએ ગ્રાહકોની વ્યવસ્થા માટે વાર્ષિક રજાઓની લિસ્ટ બહાર પાડે છે.
આ પરિસ્થિતિમાં તમે આ રજાઓની યાદીને જોઈને તમારી બેંક સાથે સંબંધિત કામોની યાદી સરળતાથી બનાવી શકો છો. રિઝર્વ બેંક ના માધ્યમથી જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલી યાદી પ્રમાણે ઓગસ્ટ 2023માં બેંકો કુલ 14 દિવસ બંધ રહેશે.

ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં બેંકોમાં વધારે પ્રમાણમાં રજાઓ છે. આ મહિનામાં તહેવારો, જન્મજયંતિ અને શનિવાર અને રવિવારના કારણે બેંકો ઘણા દિવસો સુધી બંધ રહેશે.
સ્વતંત્રતા દિવસના કારણે 15 ઓગસ્ટે સમગ્ર દેશમાં બેંકો બંધ રહેશે.આ સિવાય ઓણમ, રક્ષાબંધનના કારણે દેશના ઘણા ભાગોમાં બેંકો બંધ રહેશે. જો તમારે પણ આગામી મહિનામાં કોઈ મહત્વનું કામ પૂરું કરવાનું હોય તો રજાના યાદી પ્રમાણે તમારું યોજના પ્રમાણે કામ પૂર્ણ કરો અને આ મહિનામાં જ આ કામ પૂરું કરો.
તમામ બેંક વપરાશકર્તાઓ અથવા ગ્રાહકો અથવા કર્મચારીઓ માટે મહત્વના સમાચાર. જો બેંક ને લાગીને કોઈ કામ હોય તો તેને જલ્દી પૂર્ણ કરો, કારણ કે ઓગસ્ટમાં બેંકો 14 દિવસ બંધ રહેવાની છે.

આ રજાઓમાંથી કેટલીક રજા દેશભરની બેંકોને લાગુ પડશે, જ્યારે કેટલીક ચોક્કસ રાજ્યો અને પ્રદેશોને લાગુ પડશે. બેંકો દર મહિનાના પ્રથમ અને ત્રીજા શનિવારે ખુલ્લી હોય છે. આ બેંકોની કેટલીક રજાઓ રાજ્ય-વિશિષ્ટ હશે અને રાષ્ટ્રીય રજાઓ દરમિયાન, દેશભરની બેંકો બંધ રહેશે.
ઓનલાઈન સેવાઓ ચાલુ રહેશે
UPI, મોબાઈલ બેંકિંગ, ઈન્ટરનેટ બેંકિંગ જેવી ડિજિટલ કામો પર બેંક રજાઓની કોઈ ફરક પડતો નથી. UPI ના માધ્યમથી પણ નાણાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરી શકાય છે, જ્યારે તમે રોકડ ઉપાડ માટે ATMનો વાપર કરી શકો છો. તમે તમારું કામ નેટ બેન્કિંગ, એટીએમ, ડિજિટલ પેમેન્ટ ના માધ્યમથી પણ કરી શકો છો.
તમે ક્રેડિટ અને ડેબિટ કાર્ડનો પણ સરળતાથી વાપર કરી શકો છો. તમે નેટ બેંકિંગ અથવા મોબાઈલ બેંકિંગ ના માધ્યમથી એક ખાતામાંથી બીજા ખાતામાં નાણાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરી શકો છો.
ઓનલાઈન કામ ના માધ્યમથી લેન-દેન કરવામાં આવશે
ઓગસ્ટ મહિનામાં રજાઓને કારણે બેંકો બંધ રહેશે અને બેંકે એવી સગવડ આપી છે કે લોકો મોબાઈલ નેટ બેંકિંગ ના માધ્યમથી ઘરે બેસીને પોતાનું કાર્ય કરી શકે છે, પરંતુ આવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં ATMમાંથી રોકડ ઉપાડતી સમયે તમને તકલીફનો સામનો કરવો પડી શકે છે. એટલા માટે રજાઓ પહેલા રોકડની વ્યવસ્થા રાખો.

જો કે, લોકોને સલાહ આપવામાં આવે છે કે તેઓ 2,000 રૂપિયાની નોટો બદલતા અથવા જમા કરાવતા પહેલા રજાઓની યાદી તપાસી લે. 2000 રૂપિયાની નોટો બદલવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ 30 સપ્ટેમ્બર છે.
