To inform the above subject and follow-up that under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav program from 13th to 15th August, 2023 "Har Ghar Tiranga" program is mentioned below.
Appropriate action has to be taken as per the details. Good to know.
- Flags shall be distributed and sold at Rs.25/- from every Gram Panchayat Office, Cheap Grain Shops, Co-operative Societies, Primary School, Anganwadi Centre. - The internal arrangement of flagpoles shall be done by the concerned Zilla Panchayat.
- Government / semi-government employees working at village level like talati, teachers, health workers, gram sevaks, elected representatives of gram panchayat, anganwadi workers, asha workers also have to be assigned the task of making the ward wise people of the village aware and excited about the "Har Ghar Tiranga" programme.
> Every gram panchayat office has to display wall sutras through oil painting so that the information about "Har Ghar Tiranga" program reaches every people.
- District Development Officers through District Primary Education Officers should take action to hoist tricolors at the homes of parents of school children to all government officials and employees living in Tejam rural area by Gram Panchayat. - Flags shall be hoisted on all the offices affiliated to the District Panchayat including Gram Panchayat offices, Taluka Panchayat offices, Zilla Panchayat offices. During the celebration of "Har Ghar Tiranga" programme, it would be desirable that all the government officials and employees of the district spread the propaganda through their twitter handle / social media and also hoist the tricolor at their house from 13th to 15th August 2023. - Meeting with the residents of the society in the villages near the city. They have to be explained and encouraged about the "Har Ghar Tiranga" programme.Flag hoisting program has to be done at known places associated with freedom movement.
In addition, selfies and photographs during the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign must be compulsorily uploaded on www.harghartiranga.com.
આઝાદી કા અમૃત મહોત્સવ હેઠળ તારીખ ૧૩ થી ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૨૩ દરમ્યાન “હર ઘર તિરંગા" કાર્યક્રમના આયોજન અને અમલીકરણ બાબત.
વિષય: આઝાદી કા અમૃત મહોત્સવ હેઠળ તારીખ ૧૩ થી ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૨૩ દરમ્યાન “હર ઘર તિરંગા" કાર્યક્રમના આયોજન અને અમલીકરણ બાબત.
ઉપરોક્ત વિષય તથા અનુસંધાને જણાવવાનું કે, આઝાદી કા અમૃત મહોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમ હેઠળ તારીખ ૧૩ થી ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૨૩ દરમિયાન “હર ઘર તિરંગા" કાર્યક્રમની ઉજવણી સંદર્ભે નીચે જણાવ્યા
મુજબની વિગતે યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહેશે. જે અંગેની જાણ થવા સારૂ.
- દરેક ગ્રામ પંચાયત કચેરી, સસ્તા અનાજની દુકાનો, સહકારી મંડળીઓ, પ્રાથમિક શાળા, આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્ર પરથી રૂા.૨૫/- માં ધ્વજ વિતરણ અને વેચાણ કરવાના રહેશે. - ધ્વજ માટેના ડંડાની આંતરીક વ્યવસ્થા સંબંધિત જિલ્લા પંચાયતે કરવાની રહેશે.
- ગ્રામ કક્ષાએ કાર્યરત સરકારી / અર્ધસરકારી કર્મચારીઓ જેમ કે તલાટી, શિક્ષક, હેલ્થવર્કર, ગ્રામસવેક, ગ્રામ પંચાયતના ચુંટાયેલા પ્રતિનિધિઓ, આંગણવાડી કાર્યકર, આશાવર્કરને પણ ગામના વોર્ડવાઇઝ લોકોને "હર ઘર તિરંગા" કાર્યક્રમ બાબતે જાગૃત તેમજ ઉત્સાહિત કરવાની કામગીરી સોંપવાની રહેશે.
> “ હર ઘર તિરંગા" કાર્યક્રમ સંદર્ભેની માહિતી પ્રત્યેક જન સુધી પહોંચે તે મુજબ દરેક ગ્રામ પંચાયત કચેરીએ ભીંતસુત્રો ઓઇલ પેઈન્ટીંગ મારફતે દર્શાવવાના રહેશે,
- જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારીશ્રીઓ દ્વારા જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીઓ મારફત શાળાના બાળકોના વાલીઓના ઘરે ઘરે તેજમ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં વસવાટ કરતા તમામ સરકારી અધિકારી કર્મચારીઓને ગ્રામ પંચાયત દ્વારા તેમના ઘરે તિરંગો ફરકાવે તે માટે કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહેશે. - ગ્રામ પંચાયત કચેરીઓ, તાલુકા પંચાયત કચેરીઓ, જિલ્લા પંચાયત કચેરીઓ સહિત જિલ્લા પંચાયત સંલગ્ન તમામ કચેરીઓ પર ધ્વજ ફરકાવવાના રહેશે. હર ઘર તિરંગા" કાર્યક્રમની ઉજવણી દરમ્યાન જિલ્લાની તમામ સરકારી અધિકારી કર્મચારીઓ પોતાના ટવીટર હેન્ડલ / સોશીયલ મીડીયા માધ્યમથી પ્રચાર પ્રસાર કરે તથા પોતાના ઘર પર પણ તારીખ ૧૩ થી ૧૫ ઓગષ્ટ ૨૦૨૩ સુધી તિરંગો ફરકાવે તે ઇચ્છનીય રહેશે. - શહેરની નજીકના ગામડાઓમાં આવેલી સોસાયટીના રહીશોને સાથે મીટીંગ કરી તેમને "હર ઘર તિરંગા" કાર્યક્રમ વિશે સમજૂત કરી પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવાના રહેશે. સ્વતંત્રા ચળવળ સાથે સંકળાયેલા જાણીતા સ્થળો શોધી ત્યાં પણ ધ્વજ ફરકાવવાનો કાર્યક્રમ કરવાનો રહેશે. રાષ્ટ્રધ્વજ તથા ધ્વજ દંડના માપ માટે ભારતીય રાષ્ટ્રીય ધ્વજ સંહિતાની જોગવાઇઓનું ચૂસ્તપણે પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે તથા રાષ્ટ્રીય ધ્વજ ફરકાવતી વખતે તેની ગરિમા જળવાય તે પ્રમાણેની સૂચના અને માર્ગદર્શન આપવાનું રહેશે.
વધુમાં “હર ઘર તિરંગા" અભિયાન દરમ્યાનની સેલ્ફી અને ફોટોગ્રાફસ ફરજીયાતપણે www.harghartiranga.com પર અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે.
