આ સ્કીમમાં કેટલું વ્યાજ મળે છે

જો તમે રોકાણ કરીને તમારી માસિક આવકને પૂરક બનાવવા માંગો છો, તો તમારે પોસ્ટ ઓફિસની આ યોજનામાં રોકાણ કરવું જોઈએ. આમાં તમને પોસ્ટ ઓફિસ દ્વારા વાર્ષિક 7.4 ટકા વ્યાજ આપવામાં આવે છે. આ યોજનાના રોકાણમાં તમને જે પણ વાર્ષિક વ્યાજ મળે છે તે 12 મહિનામાં વહેંચવામાં આવે છે અને પછી તે વ્યાજના નાણાં તમને દર મહિને વળતરના રૂપમાં આપવામાં આવે છે.

જો તમે દર મહિને વ્યાજના પૈસા ઉપાડતા નથી, તો તે પૈસા પોસ્ટ ઓફિસની આ બચત યોજનામાં જમા રહે છે અને તમને તેના પર વ્યાજ પણ મળે છે. જો તમને વ્યાજની રકમ પર મૂળ રકમ સાથે વ્યાજ મળવાનું શરૂ થાય છે, તો તમારું વળતર પણ ઘણું વધારે થઈ જશે.

દર મહિને 9,000 રૂપિયા કેવી રીતે મેળવશો

જો તમે દર મહિને 9,000 રૂપિયાથી વધુની નિયમિત આવક ઈચ્છો છો, તો તેના માટે તમારે પોસ્ટ ઓફિસની આ યોજના હેઠળ સંયુક્ત ખાતું ખોલાવવું પડશે. ધારો કે તમે તેમાં 15 લાખ રૂપિયાનું રોકાણ કરો છો, તો તમને વાર્ષિક 7.4 ટકાના દરે 1.11 લાખ રૂપિયાની વ્યાજ રકમ મળશે.

જો તમે વ્યાજની રકમને 12 મહિનામાં સમાન રીતે વહેંચો છો, તો તમને દર મહિને ઘરે બેઠા સરળતાથી 9,250 રૂપિયા મળી જશે. પરંતુ જો તમે એક જ ખાતું ખોલાવ્યું છે, તો તમારું રોકાણ પણ મહત્તમ રૂ. 9 લાખનું થશે અને તમને દર મહિને રૂ. 5550 વ્યાજ મળવા લાગશે.

સાગના ઝાડની ખેતી

ટીક ટ્રી (Tectona grandis) એક બહુહેતુક વૃક્ષ છે જેનું લાકડું ફર્નીચર અને ઈમારતો માટે જ નહીં પણ બોટ બનાવવા માટે પણ વપરાય છે. ભારતમાં ઘણા રાજ્યોમાં સાગના ઝાડની ખેતી કરવામાં આવે છે. ઉષ્ણકટિબંધીય અને ઉપ-ઉષ્ણકટિબંધીય વિસ્તારો તેની ખેતી માટે ખૂબ સારા માનવામાં આવે છે અને તેમાંના સાગના વૃક્ષની ગુણવત્તા ખૂબ જ ઉત્તમ છે.

સાગના ઝાડની ખેતી કરવામાં વધુ સમય લાગે છે પરંતુ બજારમાં તેના લાકડાની માંગ વધુ હોવાથી તેના ભાવ પણ ખૂબ ઊંચા છે. સાગના વૃક્ષો ગરમ અને ભેજવાળી આબોહવામાં સરળતાથી ઉગાડવામાં આવે છે. જો ખેડૂતોએ તેની ખેતી કરવી હોય તો કલમ પદ્ધતિથી તેની ખેતી કરવી જોઈએ કારણ કે બીજમાંથી ઉગાડવામાં આવતા વૃક્ષો ઉગાડવામાં વધુ સમય લે છે.

મહોગની વૃક્ષની ખેતી
